Les Heures Heureuses are those moments when time stands still. They symbolise the spirit, the gentleness and the character of the South-West. It is a range exclusively dedicated to the CHR, Cavistes spécialisés & épiceries fines networks. It is composed of premium, expressive, fruity, qualitative and harmonious wines.

IGP Côtes de Gascogne – Dry white

Skin maceration on all grape varieties except the Ugni-Blanc. Pressing with separation of thedifferent qualities of juice (drop, 1st presses, 2nd presses).
Static severe static settling inisothermal vats, stalling on fine vines. Fermentation by vine for 10 to 20 days inthermoregulated stainless steel vats, at low temperature with selected yeasts. The differentgrape varieties are assembled after tasting and analysis, stabilized, filtered, then bottled in the year.

Wine Tasting

The robe is light and limpid and the noise reveals an intense aromatic bouquet. The exotic notes are mixed with floral scents such as citrus, peach, grapefruit, elderflower, hawthorn and linden. Its freshness, crispness and its great persistence will provide beautiful enjoyment.

IGP Côtes de Gascogne – Rosé

Skin maceration at low temperature for 6 to 12 hours and saved for the oldest vines. Directpneumatic pressing (separation of press wines) for young vines that return to production,notably the Tannat.
Severe static settling in isothermal vats, stalling on fine vats at 3°C for two weeks. Fermentation by vines in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, at low temperature withselected and multiplied yeasts to ensure the completion of the fermentations. The fermentationlasts 10 to 20 days.

Wine Tasting

With a pale salmon pink robe, the nose is intense, very perfumed, characterized by cherry, mint and rhubarb. Mouth nicely well-balanced, fresh. A beautiful harmony between 6 grapes, each one bringing their own qualities. Perfect match with aperitif, pies, grilled fish & grilled meat.

IGP Côtes de Gascogne – Sweet white
Les Heures Heureuses //
Gros Manseng is raised on fine lees in vats. Fermentation is carried out with selected andmultiplied yeasts. The fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tank afterstoving on mud at 0°C for a few days. Fermentation is stopped by the cold to keep naturalresidual sugars in order to obtain the right balance between freshness and sweetness. After aclay collage and a stabilization by the cold, the wine is filtered and then bottled.

Wine Tasting

The wine presents a bright golden colour, and an aromatic nose with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, quince and honey. The tasting reveals a nice freshness, a sweet roundness and a pleasant and fruity finish. This wine will accompany perfectly all your aperitifs. As go on with a foie-gras,sweet & salted food, desserts.

AOC Cahors – red
Les Heures Heureuses //
Terraces of red clay, composed of gravel and rolled pebbles. Grass grown vineyard. Disbudding. The grape harvest is scratched and crushed. All the juice and the broken grapes are transported directly into thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Ageing of 18 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.

This wine has a purple ruby colour, and a nose with notes of liquorice and strawberries. The tasting reveals well balanced tannins, a niceroundness on the palate and a fruity finish.
