“Le Banquet Gourmet” is our core range for lovers of quality wines at affordable prices. Coming from different terroirs or areas, grape varieties and properties of the South-West, it gathers the main appellations of the region, and accompanies your epicurean desires, thanks to the “Accords Parfaits” (Perfect Agreements) advice collar.
IGP Côtes de Gascogne – sweet white
Le Banquet Gourmet //
Gros Manseng is raised on fine lees in vats. Fermentation is carried out with selected and multiplied yeasts. The fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tank after stoving on mud at 0°C for a few days. Fermentation is stopped by the cold to keep natural residual sugars in order to obtain the right balance between freshness and sweetness. After a clay collage and a stabilization by the cold, the wine is filtered and then bottled.

The wine presents a bright golden colour, and an aromatic nose with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, quince and honey. This wine will accompany perfectly all your aperitifs. As go on with a foie-gras, sweet & salted food, desserts.

Terraces of red clay, composed of gravel and rolled pebbles. Grass grown vineyard. Disbudding. The grape harvest is scratched and crushed. All the juice and the broken grapes are transported directly into thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Ageing of 18 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.

This wine has a purple ruby colour, and a nose with notes of liquorice
and strawberries. The tasting reveals well balanced tannins, a nice roundness on the palate and a fruity finish.

AOP Madiran – Red

To start the harvest, we check the maturity of each plot. Harvest is destemmed, pressed and putted into vats for 15 to 21 days of maceration and fermentation with a strict controlled of temperature. After this period, we drain the wine and collect the marc to obtain pressed wine. Then wine aged for 24 months including 3 months in barrels before blending and bottling. Before sells, bottles are stored months in a cool, dark place.

Wine Tasting
This wine has a lovely purple robe, an intense and complex nose. Supple on the palate, it has notes of blackcurrant and sour cherry, with a powerful structure of round and spicy tannins. Perfect pairing with duck, mushroom omelettes, game, stew, goulash. Serve at 16°C.

After several hours of skin maceration and low temperature fermentation, the grape varieties express themselves in a beautiful aromatic citrus fruit and exotic fruit with a round and refreshing finish.
