Sommelier – Wine merchant at Le Temps des Vendanges in Toulouse – Winner of the 1997 Competition – Wine merchant of the year 2021 by the Revue du Vin de France
This competition is aimed at young people in training but also at professionals in a specific category.
Professionals will have the privilege of being supported the day before the competition by the organizing committee and will be able to attend a presentation of the new South-West wine basin and a tasting of the different appellations in partnership with the Interprofession des Vins du Sud-Ouest.
This organization is conducted in partnership with the Interprofession des Vins du Sud-Ouest, the Occitanie Regional Council, wine unions and regional wine and spirits appellations.
